Freezer space matters.
A whole beef order takes up significant freezer capacity — roughly 15 to 18 cubic feet of freezer space. Before you order, make sure you've got a dedicated chest freezer or deep freezer with room. Most standard kitchen freezers can't hold a whole beef on their own.
