Pork Tenderloin Filet (4-Pack)
FARM-RAISED | PREMIUM BREED | PROCESSED ON OUR RANCH
Pork tenderloin is the most tender cut on the animal. It's also the cut most home cooks avoid — because a whole tenderloin is long, awkward, hard to portion, and easy to overcook into shoe leather.
We fixed that.
Our pork tenderloin comes pre-cut into restaurant-style filets, 6 to 8 oz each — the exact portion a steakhouse would plate. No trimming. No butchering. No math. Just pull four filets from the freezer, sear them off, and serve pork that eats like fine dining at home.
These come from our Berkshire Cross — a premium breed that gives this cut what modern commodity pork has lost: deep red color, real marbling even in a lean muscle, and a sweet, buttery richness you can taste in the first bite.
Why these filets are different:
- Berkshire Cross — a premium breed prized by competition cooks and fine-dining chefs
- Pre-portioned filets, 6–8 oz each — steakhouse cut, dinner-sized, foolproof
- The most tender cut on the hog — nothing else compares
- Rich, slightly sweet flavor — leagues beyond grocery store pork
- Raised in the Heartland and processed in our SQF-certified facility — farm-to-wrapper, no middleman
- Backed by the Cowboy Code — if they don't earn a spot in your rotation, we'll make it right
How to cook them right: Hot sear on both sides, finish to 145°F internal, rest for 3 minutes. That's it. The USDA dropped the safe temp for pork to 145°F years ago — meaning a blush of pink in the center is not just safe, it's the target. Cook to 145°F and these will be the most tender pork you've ever eaten at home.
In the box: 4 boneless pork tenderloin filets, 6–8 oz each. Individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness.
Built for: cast iron, grill, oven-finish, sous vide. Pairs with everything from cherry reduction to a simple salt crust.
Ships frozen in insulated packaging with gel ice. Keeps 12+ months in the freezer.
Filet mignon quality. Pork tenderloin price. This is the cut restaurants keep quiet about.
