Fall Colors, Full Combines & Farm-Raised Flavor Coming Soon
October is in full swing here on the farm, and with it comes one of our favorite times of the year. The air’s turning crisp, the trees are starting to show their colors, and the combines are rolling steady through the fields. There’s a special energy that comes with harvest — long days, full hearts, and the satisfaction of seeing a year’s worth of hard work come together.
Our spring calf crop is looking incredible this year — strong, healthy, and ready to market. Watching these calves grow into beautiful, high-quality cattle is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do, and this year’s group might be our best yet. We'll be taking around 230 calves to the sale this week and fingers-crossed the buyer finds them as great looking calves!
As the seasons change, we’re also shifting gears in the McBee Meat Company kitchen and getting ready for something special…
