How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell with our Cowboy Code Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right — no fine print, no runaround.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our merch to most countries worldwide (meat is unable to ship across borders yet). International shipping rates and times vary by location. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's import policies.
How do I submit a media or press request?
Use the contact form above and select "Media" as your topic. Please include your publication name, the nature of your request, and any deadlines. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I visit the McBee Farm?
McBee Farm & Cattle Co is a working ranch in Gallatin, Missouri. We don't currently offer public tours, but follow us on Instagram and the podcast to keep up with life on the farm!
