Our Process Is Different.
We use a vacuum-powered mixer that pulls a vacuum while mixing ground meat with custom blended spices — forcing spices to "suck" into the meat at a 40% better blend rate than conventional mixers. Every bite is consistent. No competitor uses this process.
Instead of blasting at a constant high temp, we slowly ramp heat in a series of cook/smoke cycles — "babying" the meat until it reaches the required lethality temp. The result: dramatically better texture and retained flavor that mass-production plants cannot achieve.
We run small-batch custom blended formulations — focusing on quality above all else. It takes longer than mass-production, but the taste, texture, and quality is far above anything else on the snack stick market.
