What are your animals fed?
Our cattle are pasture-raised and finished on a supplemental grain feed. That finishing process is intentional — it's what creates the marbling, the tenderness, and the rich flavor that makes our beef taste the way beef is supposed to taste. We get the best of both worlds: animals that live and graze on real pasture, finished in a way that puts incredible flavor on your plate.
Are your animals given hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines?
No. Our animals are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. It's how we raise meat for our own family, and it's what we ship to yours.
Why is your meat more expensive than the grocery store?
Because it's not the same product. Grocery store meat is commodity-raised, often sourced from large industrial operations, and can sit in a case for days before you buy it. Our meat comes from animals we raised ourselves, processed cleanly, and shipped directly to you. If you're used to grocery store beef, the difference in taste will be immediately obvious.
Does frozen meat taste as good as fresh?
Yes — when it's done right. Flash-freezing immediately after processing locks in flavor and quality far better than "fresh" meat that's been sitting in a grocery store case for days. Thaw it in your refrigerator overnight and you will not be able to tell the difference.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide. Every order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep everything frozen in transit. We then use Next-Day Air Shipping so you receive your order the day after we ship it! You'll receive tracking so you know exactly when to expect it.

I defrosted the meat in the refrigerator and only added salt for flavoring, grilled it very good flavor, but still too expensive for limited income maybe if we splurge once in a while and have steak we will definitely be ordering from you and absolutely love your show

Love the Beef, so tender. Also Love the Beef, Face and Skin Tallows. Customer support was amazing. Our first order was delivered by UPS and the Ice pack was completely melted, the Beef was warm and some of the beef packages had leaked, not eatable. I sent pictures of the delivery and they didn’t hesitate to resend with no more questions asked. Oh and the TV Series is good too. Thank you!

Was very excited to try, even did the monthly subscription. Came frozen which was impressive. Next day. Once defrosted the meat was slightly brown. Then once grilled was very tough. I tried a few more same result. Sad this didn’t work out
My husband and I prefer sirloin steaks over many other cuts. These streaks tasted amazing. Only negative is we did have one steak in our box that had a lot of connective tissues and was hard finding editable bites. Still would definitely buy again.
