I have sent an inquiry email and a chat session about my order and it isn't being addressed. The seam on the sweatpants is unraveling with the first wear. My daughter wanted this set so badly and now can't wear it. Please address this quality issue and help with a replacement. Thank you

Sorry to be frank, but I’m an outdoor country girl who loves camo and the crotch is fashioned for other parts. Thank goodness I can sew! Fixed them 😁
The sweatpants I love. The service I was not too keen on. I love the sweatpants so much I ordered 4 sets for the other guys in my family for Christmas. When the box arrived I didn't open it for a week or so knowing what it was. When I did open it I realized they shipped me the ones with the wrong logo. I contacted customer service via text which they sent me a return label immediately. I shipped them back that day and texted a usps receipt to them to show they were on the way. This is about the time the tallow line really took off and I think they were busy trying to fill orders for Christmas. They didn't ship them until about a week later. Long story short I got these a week or so after Christmas and ended up having to send each of these to our family members individually by mail. I know you guys are busy but when I texted you the usps receipt to show they were on the way, the new ones should've went in the mail. This is not the first time I've bought apparel from you guys so I'm not a brand new customer. Still love you guys, still love the show and follow everyone on social. Was just very disappointed in this particular transaction.
Use more of a fleece soft material. They are very stiff
