Our cattle graze on pasture at our family farm in Missouri — the same herd we sell through McBee Meat Company. No grain finishing. No feedlots. When the beef is processed at our USDA-inspected facility, we reserve the highest-quality suet fat for skincare. Most producers discard it. We use it instead.
The suet is slow-rendered at low heat, separating pure fat from any remaining tissue. We never use high heat, which degrades the fatty acid profile. Once cooled, the tallow is whipped light and airy and blended with just 4 complementary ingredients — Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, and either Frankincense & Lavender (Face Cream) or Vanilla (Skin Balm). Each ingredient earns its place.
