Fall in Full Swing on the Farm 🍁
There’s something special about this time of year on the farm. The air’s turned crisp, the leaves are starting to show off their fall colors, and the sunsets seem to glow just a little warmer. It’s that perfect mix of hard work and quiet beauty that makes us love October in North Missouri.
Harvest is in full swing, and the combines have been rolling from dawn to dusk. Watching the grain pour into the trucks after months of care and patience never gets old — it’s the payoff for all the long hours through spring and summer.
We’re also getting ready to sell our Spring calf crop, and we couldn’t be happier with how this group looks. Strong, healthy, and well-grown — it’s a true reflection of the care and dedication that goes into raising quality cattle. There’s a lot of pride that comes from seeing a great set of calves hit the market, knowing the time and work that’s gone into them since day one.
As the seasons change, we’re reminded just how much life on the farm mirrors the rhythm of nature — steady, humbling, and always moving forward.
Here’s to fall colors, full combines, and a strong calf crop — the kind of blessings that make farm life so rewarding.
