NEW MERCH OUT NOW • VISIT SHOP

This time of year feels like the calm before the storm here on the farm.

The fields are still quiet, but not for long. Inside the shop, our team is working hard putting the finishing touches on all of our tractors, planters, and sprayers—getting everything dialed in and ready for go-time. Because when April hits, it’s game on.

Spring planting is one of the most critical times of year in row crop farming. It’s when all the prep, planning, and maintenance finally meet the soil. And in farming, timing is everything. Getting your seed in the ground at the right moment can make all the difference. Wait too long, and you risk yields. Go too early, and you could battle cold, wet soil that delays emergence. There’s a narrow window, and we do everything we can to be ready for it.

When planting season starts, it's a full-court press. Long days, little sleep, and every machine running full speed ahead to beat the rain and finish on time. It’s high stress, high reward—and we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

So for now, we take a breath, finish up the last of the maintenance, and enjoy this brief stillness. Because very soon (and we mean within a week or two), the planters will be rolling and the 2025 crop year will officially be underway.

Let’s get after it.
