No. Our animals are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. It's how we raise meat for our own family, and it's what we ship to yours.
Because it's not the same product. Grocery store meat is commodity-raised, often sourced from large industrial operations, and can sit in a case for days before you buy it. Our meat comes from animals we raised ourselves, processed cleanly, and shipped directly to you. If you're used to grocery store beef, the difference in taste will be immediately obvious.
Yes β when it's done right. Flash-freezing immediately after processing locks in flavor and quality far better than "fresh" meat that's been sitting in a grocery store case for days. Thaw it in your refrigerator overnight and you will not be able to tell the difference.
