What are your animals fed?
Our cattle are pasture-raised and finished on a supplemental grain feed. That finishing process is intentional — it's what creates the marbling, the tenderness, and the rich flavor that makes our beef taste the way beef is supposed to taste. We get the best of both worlds: animals that live and graze on real pasture, finished in a way that puts incredible flavor on your plate.
Are your animals given hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines?
No. Our animals are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. It's how we raise meat for our own family, and it's what we ship to yours.
Why is your meat more expensive than the grocery store?
Because it's not the same product. Grocery store meat is commodity-raised, often sourced from large industrial operations, and can sit in a case for days before you buy it. Our meat comes from animals we raised ourselves, processed cleanly, and shipped directly to you. If you're used to grocery store beef, the difference in taste will be immediately obvious.
Does frozen meat taste as good as fresh?
Yes — when it's done right. Flash-freezing immediately after processing locks in flavor and quality far better than "fresh" meat that's been sitting in a grocery store case for days. Thaw it in your refrigerator overnight and you will not be able to tell the difference.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide. Every order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep everything frozen in transit. We then use Next-Day Air Shipping so you receive your order the day after we ship it! You'll receive tracking so you know exactly when to expect it.

They were completely thawed when we opened the box. I gave some to my son and unfortunately my husband had work done on his teeth so I don’t know if we’re going to be able to eat them. I think I also give away the Other four. They look beautiful though.
Showed up piss warm, thru in dumpsters, your supposedly sending new steaks, my thought is it would be next day, instead it will be on the road 4 days again. I hope they are frozen!
Honestly when I bought these I didn't know what to expect, I didn't know how big they'd be, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are nice and thick and the marbeling is great. They cooked up well and were thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend !
