In my second order, I ordered 2 2lb pound packages of stew meat. I defrosted one of them in the refrigerator overnight. I woke up the next morning. What a mess in my refrigerator. The package leaked blood everywhere. The other package did not leak, but the one package leaked so the meat wasn’t as tender as the other package, but it was still very delicious.
