What are your animals fed?
Our cattle are pasture-raised and finished on a supplemental grain feed. That finishing process is intentional — it's what creates the marbling, the tenderness, and the rich flavor that makes our beef taste the way beef is supposed to taste. We get the best of both worlds: animals that live and graze on real pasture, finished in a way that puts incredible flavor on your plate.
Are your animals given hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines?
No. Our animals are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. It's how we raise meat for our own family, and it's what we ship to yours.
Why is your meat more expensive than the grocery store?
Because it's not the same product. Grocery store meat is commodity-raised, often sourced from large industrial operations, and can sit in a case for days before you buy it. Our meat comes from animals we raised ourselves, processed cleanly, and shipped directly to you. If you're used to grocery store beef, the difference in taste will be immediately obvious.
Does frozen meat taste as good as fresh?
Yes — when it's done right. Flash-freezing immediately after processing locks in flavor and quality far better than "fresh" meat that's been sitting in a grocery store case for days. Thaw it in your refrigerator overnight and you will not be able to tell the difference.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide. Every order is packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep everything frozen in transit. We then use Next-Day Air Shipping so you receive your order the day after we ship it! You'll receive tracking so you know exactly when to expect it.

What I ordered was the beef & cheddar roll...what I got was a beef cheddar Jalapeno roll. the jalapenos were too hot to enjoy. I did not mean to order the jalapeno roll did not think I did. also the meat sticks were very good but took a long time getting here. those were great!

I bought all the flavors of snack sticks, a couple flavors of jerky, and three flavors of summer sausage. All the flavors were amazing. I have a daughter that travels for softball. We had a lot of miles to put on the car. It was awesome to have some awesome tasting jerky, snack sticks, and summer sausage to snack on for a great protein snack for her. Great for Mom and Dad to snack on to keep us awake while driving long hours. It only took about 3 weeks to get our order. Which I thought was fabulous. I know how busy the store has been. I love the fact we could help support a family business. I grew up in a family business and I know what it takes to keep things going. I love that they are willing to share their family with us, showing their ups and downs. Life is never perfect. All of us have something going on. I was wondering do you sell Buffalo meat? Will you eventually start selling some?
